AKA "Big Skrimpin" 🦐
Stir the Depths.
“Can you catch Leviathan with a hook or put a noose around its jaw?” — Job 41:1 (NLT)
In Job 41, God describes Leviathan as a mighty creature of the depths, covered in protective scales, possessing tremendous strength, and feared by those who encounter it. The passage paints a picture of a creature so powerful that mankind cannot easily capture, control, or tame it.
But the message behind this passage goes far deeper than the creature itself.
Through Leviathan, God reminds Job of the limitations of human strength, wisdom, and understanding. If mankind cannot even tame one of God's fiercest creations, how could we ever claim to possess the power or understanding to challenge the Creator Himself?
The creation is mighty, but the Creator is greater.
This passage serves as a humbling reminder that we are not in control of all things. While we may not always understand God's ways or the reasons behind His plans, we are called to recognize His sovereignty and place our trust in Him.
Inspired by this powerful biblical account, Holy Ghost Fishing proudly introduces The Leviathan, affectionately known as Big Skrimpin.
Featuring a segmented body (4.25 inches), numerous lifelike appendages, and a unique shrimp-inspired profile, the Leviathan is designed to create movement and draw attention beneath the surface.
Its name represents the strength and mystery of the creature described in Scripture, but more importantly, it serves as a reminder of the unmatched power of the One who created it.
THE LEVIATHAN — STIR THE DEPTHS.
Fish With Purpose. Fish With Faith.
